The Wellbeing Circle is a community wellbeing hub, based in Forth Valley, offering access to a range of health and wellbeing services to the general public, corporate and vulnerable groups (via our outreach programme) across central Scotland and beyond.
Nearly everyone, at least one point in their lives, will experience a mental health issue. The Wellbeing Circle is here to help you when you need it.
The Wellbeing Circle was born when Siobhan (Reiki, Yoga & Mindfulness Guru) began developing the idea in 2018. Recognising a great need for mental health and wellbeing support in people from all walks of life, but especially vulnerable groups, Siobhan wanted to bring her 25 years experience in complementary therapies, alternative therapies and holistic exercise together into one place, to help others.
She received much guidance and support from First Port, Just Enterprise, Stirling Enterprise Park LTD, Business Gateway, Done Your Way web designers and Stirling Voluntary Enterprise, to ensure the foundations of the Social Enterprise were strong and ready to grow into something special.
Before long, Fiona (Nutritional Master) had joined Siobhan as they developed the ideas further, attended many workshops with Business Gateway and made it to the final of Ceteris, The Heat 2020 Competition. Together, they attended Scottish Parliament to learn more about Scotland’s national policy for social enterprise.
Since then, Jennifer (Marketing & Business Expert) and Maria (Health Professional) have come on board to provide a complete wellbeing and health offering online and in person across central Scotland.
Each member of the team is dedicated to helping the local community with mental health issues with the priorities being to support every element of well being including physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social and environmental.
