Here at The Wellbeing Circle we feel strongly that yoga should be accessible to all, and so we’ve made it our mission to bring this gift to you, in the comfort of your own home. Our unique classes are suitable for complete beginners and filled with handy tools to help you manage stress and anxiety. Not only that, but by paying to attend our classes you’ll also be supporting other, more vulnerable groups through our outreach programme.

You are invited to join us to experience a beautiful combination of gentle stress relieving yoga, breathing exercises and deep relaxation to help bring balance to your life.
Our gentle & restorative yoga classes provide the perfect recipe for you to switch off, take time-out for you, and allow the stress to melt away from your body and mind.
Suitable for women & men of all life stages, we will work at your own individual level to help you release, relax and restore.
We have a Monday morning class (to help you start the week in a positive way) and a Midweek, midday stress buster too.
