Book one of our Wellbeing Circle Therapists to come into your place of work. We can tailor our sessions to suit, leaving your staff feeling balanced and calm.

CORPORATE YOGA

Book one of our specially trained yoga teachers to support your staff? You can create an in-house Yoga Room or we can provide classes online. Our Corporate Yoga classes are tailored specifically for the needs of your business and your staff. We combine many techniques to release tension in the back, neck & shoulders, teach simple breathing techniques to control stress and anxiety and also pass on our energy medicine knowledge to bring wellbeing balance.

WELLBEING WEBINAR

Book one of our bespoke Corporate Webinars to support your staff’s physical, emotional, mental & spiritual well-being. We’ll share some simple yet effective tools to enhance and empower their daily life, giving them new ways to negotiate the way through their working day.

I thought it was really good. Maybe a wee bit more focused on home workers but I can take some of the advice into the office. Liked the stretching exercises to do while sitting.
